Reviewing Results

When processing finishes, an evaluation waits under Evaluations › Pending for a human review. This is where your expertise meets the AI’s suggestions: nothing becomes final until an evaluator confirms it.

The header card stays pinned while you scroll and shows the student’s name, program, and concentration, plus four running metrics: Transcripts, Courses, Matches, and Credits Transferred.

From the header you can also:

  • open the Evaluation Team dialog to see who created and who reviewed the evaluation, and
  • Cancel Evaluation if it shouldn’t proceed.

Below the header, the page has two main sections: Transcripts Summary and Results and Validation.

Lists the prior institutions detected on the student’s uploaded documents. If an institution looks wrong, that’s your first clue extraction struggled with the document — check the original file before trusting the matches.

If some uploaded files couldn’t be read, a “Some files couldn’t be processed” warning appears here, so you know the evaluation may be incomplete.

Program Courses — working with AI suggestions

Section titled “Program Courses — working with AI suggestions”

The Program Courses card lists your program’s courses with the transfer credit currently applied to each. An icon legend explains the transfer markers.

Click AI Suggestions to open the suggestions panel: for each program course, the AI’s proposed transcript-course matches with the evidence behind them, plus a legend of the student’s institutions. Review suggestions per-course and accept the ones that hold up.

You stay in control of every match:

  • Add a match manually — each program course row has a searchable selector of the student’s transcript courses; pick one to attach it.
  • Remove a match — removing an AI-suggested match asks you to confirm (Remove AI Recommendation), so suggestions aren’t lost to a stray click.

The Transcript Courses card splits the student’s extracted coursework into two groups:

  • Eligible courses — pass the program’s transfer policy (grade minimums, time limits, and so on) and can be matched.
  • Ineligible courses — blocked by policy, with the reason shown.

Policy is a default, not a straitjacket. Expand an ineligible course and click Allow Transfer to override — after confirming, the course is marked eligible and can be matched like any other. Use it for documented exceptions (for example, a grade-format quirk or an articulation agreement).

When the matches reflect your judgment, click Confirm Results in the footer to move on to confirming and finishing the evaluation.

On a completed evaluation this page stays available in read-only mode (a green banner reminds you), preserving the full review trail. If your institution delivers results to an SIS, any delivery errors appear here as an alert — see SIS integration.
